Easy to use as an inbox, but packed with powerful tools to bring teams together to close more deals and provide incredible resident experiences. Aptly for iOS is the perfect mobile companion to the Aptly desktop app that connects you to conversations, contacts, and important workflows.

Aptly brings all of your communication channels (email, SMS, voice) into one place so you can delegate and share conversations, while managing critical workflow from leasing to move-outs.

Best of all, you can do all this while on the go- anytime, anywhere.

-----------------------------------
WHY CHOOSE APTLY?
-----------------------------------
** Stop bouncing between your property management software, inbox, spreadsheets, and various apps.
** Aptly is one place for everyone to communicate and get things done.
** Get more done by leveraging automations for common tasks and communications
** Manage more doors with less effort

-----------------------------------
HOW DOES IT WORK?
-----------------------------------
Connect your inbox (Office 365 or G Suite) and you property management software. Your conversations will automatically get organized by contacts (resident, owners, vendors) and related back to the data from your property management software (portfolios, buildings, units, leases).

Your Aptly inboxes are designed to be collaborative and shared. Put an end to the endless CCs and FWDs that clutter team inboxes. You can assign any conversation to teammates and include private notes. Use powerful inbox rules to route conversations to the right teammate automatically based on a sender info (ie. data from the property management software) and ensure timely follow up. Your team can use saved communication templates to respond to common questions with a few taps.

Convert conversations into follow up tasks by adding them to an Aptly board for tracking a wide range of workflows from leasing to move-outs. Inbox rules can also automatically convert notifications from popular internet listing sites (ie. Zillow, Zumper, etc.) into prospects, automate follow up and notify you when they have a question or scheduled a tour.

Deliver exceptional service on the go with customer and property information in your pocket. Avoid giving customers your personal phone number by using a Twilio connected line into Aptly. Calls and SMS sent on your Aptly phone line via the iOS app will automatically be tracked and shared with your team.

The Aptly iOS app is perfect for remote teams to stay connect to their important conversations and tasks from anywhere at any time.
To use the app, you must have an active Aptly account.
